"Absolute nightmare. My husband used airbnb to book 2 night stay in Lisbon while we were returning from winter stay in Albufeira. The apartment turned to be under management of this company. We discovered in about an hour of staying there that there is a huge infestation by small ants. At first we were stupid enough not to take pictures and just try to deal with the problem, thinking that ants in the kitchen may be dealt with. But shortly after we found them even crawling on our arms and on the bed in a bedroom where under normal circumstances you do not expect to find ants. Therefore we left the apartment, went to the hotel and expected the refund as we did not spend more than 3 hours in the apartment. I am writing it the next day. Instead of enjoying our last day in Lisbon we are staying in the hotel, submitting various pieces of information to the airbnb, because the host of the apartment (this company) instead of giving us refund decided to attack us, using various deflection methods. Never ever again we will rent properties under management of this company. I also have to get this message across to the owners of properties on airbnb, deciding to use this property management company. Be careful, otherwise your 67 % increase in income may not exactly materialize."
