"I have no idea how they have 5 stars. I worked with them once, got a pre-approval then when it was time to put in an offer, the pre-approval got revoked from reasons unrelated to me (this part is on the bank not CAFIMO). The following times after that, I tried to reach out to them to restart the loan application...I called, I emailed multiples to the same person and the general contact. Just crickets. I didn't hear anything until longggg after. They said my main point of contact was on vacation with no OOO set in the email. Now the 3rd time, I've tried to reach out. Still nothing until about weeks later. The response time is just insane. ————— I believe the ceo or the owner saw this and got back to me and apologized. He was very considerate and asked for direct feedback. I appreciate his efforts."
