PAIR - Real Estate understands Mr. David Pakenham's concern regarding his lease agreement, but this concern should be directed towards his LANDLORD and not towards PAIR - Real Estate. It is important to clarify that although the specific issue is not identified by Mr. David Pakenham, what is at stake is the late return of one month's deposit by the Landlord to Mr. David Pakenham. This is a matter of the strict contractual relationship between both parties: LANDLORD and TENANT. Deposits are always returned by the Landlord, never by real estate agents. All underlying comments made by Mr. David Pakenham stem from a situation unrelated to and outside the purview of PAIR - Real Estate. As in fact can be easily verified between the lease contract signed. PAIR - Real Estate didn´t have anything to do with financial matters (specifically the return of Mr. David Pakenham's deposit at the end of the lease agreement). We find it very strange that Mr. David Pakenham claims his experience with PAIR - Real Estate was not pleasant, when in numerous messages, regarding various situations over the course of a year, sent to us by Mr. David Pakenham's partner and Co-Tenant, there was always gratitude for the cordial and generous assistance provided by PAIR - Real Estate. From the perspective of PAIR - Real Estate, we will cherish the pleasant moments with Mr. David Pakenham and his partner in all the, and there were many, details where PAIR - Real Estate kindly and successfully assisted them in their settling in Lisbon.
