He is knowledgeable, professional, and his communication is fast and clear. He is honest and thoughtful and goes well beyond the extra mile. I moved to Portugal from the U.S., three years ago with my then 1-year-old daughter. Pedro helped us find a great apartment, within my budget. When we arrived, he met us at the airport with the van driver I hired and went with us to our new place (about an hour and a half from Lisbon where he works). Once there, he set up all the services and guided me through the process of switching utilities over to my name. We walked around town and grabbed lunch before he headed back.
