"My husband and I were contemplating buying a property in Portugal, and after my trip there last Sept, I was more certain than ever that we should. Whilst in Portugal, I even stepped into a boutique realtor agency in Cascais to enquire.. they seemed indifferent and i assumed they were busy. A lady handed me her card, i returned and emailed her only to NOT get a reply. I then looked up some others and emailed them, Jose was the first to respond and immediately get to work! We had our first call and just knew he was the man if we are going to attempt this, although cautiously. As a new buyer, in a brand new market you are always skeptical and unsure who to trust and how to go about it, but Jose takes all that away. We perhaps can't find enough words to appreciate all his advise, timely help and everything else. He goes above and beyond! Not once was he pushy or salesy... I mean he is doing a job, so we appreciate that is needed to an extent! He brings a strong market knowledge and is honest about what he knows, but also what he does not (i asked for properties in Porto, he politely said he may not be best placed). I think the size of the deal matters to all agents, and ours perhaps was not as big, but the service we got from him was no less than someone investing millions! We will always turn to Jose for any of our property transactions in Portugal, and would happily recommend him to friends and family. I see him as a true expert in his area, and one with strong integrity and client care! Thank you Jose!!!"
