"I was honestly surprised to see the negative reviews here - and to be honest, it even feels a bit unfair. So let me share my own experience: I first met Andre back in 2023 when I moved to Portugal. Thanks to him, I rented my very first apartment. On his own initiative, all the walls were repainted before I moved in, a brand-new stove was installed, and some furniture was replaced (of course, some of that was in the contract, but the gesture was way above and beyond). He even offered to polish the floors, but at that point, I just wanted to start living in my new place in such a great neighborhood. Throughout the entire first lease, I never had a single issue. When it was time to renew, I needed to make some changes to the contract, and Andre worked it out so I didn’t even need a guarantor. Now we’re already on the new contract. And on top of that, thanks to him we’re now in the process of getting a mortgage - he’s showing us off-market options that actually fit our budget. So, is it worth working with him? Absolutely. As for the negative reviews - I think that comes down to people’s own attitude toward life. Stop being so gloomy, maybe the real problems are just in your head."

"The owner is self-entitled and a moronic human being. I'm surprised they get any business what so ever, and looking at their ratings, it's clear other people have noticed the same thing. Gosh, please steer clear if you're looking to list with them and I can only imagine what being a tenant under their management would - thank goodness Andre was so rude to me I was able to avoid! STAY AWAY!"
