"Many of us dream about a property in a foreign country such as in old, classical Europe where the quality of life is highly desirable. But as you all know, dreams and nightmares are often not far apart. We have lived in many countries around the world and are familiar with a variety of buying processes. Some easy and highly regulated and some less so. That is why we searched for help with a buy in Porto and Andres came in with his professional patience, politeness, optimism and local knowledge of properties, developers and customs. We are familiar with the city Porto and love the people and vibe of a vibrant, old city in Europe. Therefore, we explored a variety of properties. From take-your-breath-away views, to palaces, to everything in between. Andres could give us the pros and cons of each property and identify new options for our consideration. Lots to think about. Ever tried to find a unicorn? He helped us immensely to concentrate on our dream aspects as well to navigate the local regulations, papers, lawyers and properties. A process that would have challenged the Portuguese Navigators of the Discovery Age. It is fair to say that without his help, we would not have found our place in the heart of Porto. While we had looked at various local property websites, and did our homework on the regulations, there is no substitute for having a representation such as Andres who helps you along every step of the way.
