We were assured that the property we rented would meet the specific requirement of being mold-free, as this was critical for us due to health concerns. However, shortly after moving in, it became clear that this was far from the truth. The property not only has widespread mold issues but also high levels of formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), creating an environment that is not just uncomfortable but genuinely hazardous. Despite raising these concerns repeatedly, we were met with dismissive responses and an unwillingness to take responsibility. This level of unprofessionalism and negligence is unacceptable. We trusted this agency to provide us with a safe and habitable home, and they failed spectacularly. If you value honesty, professionalism, and your health, I strongly advise against using their services. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a trustworthy and reliable real estate partner."
