"We used Aurelien Hyunen and Filipa Alves with Fox Real Estate on recommendation from a Facebook group related to moving to Portugal. We had a relatively short period of time to secure a flat in Lisbon remotely, and started with a company we didn't feel was responsive to our needs. When we switched to Fox, Aurelien was immediately responsive, putting together some preliminary examples of places that fit our criteria. He grasped that we felt an amount of urgency about securing a place, and worked with us daily to review options. Additionally, I am a very "hands on" type of client, and was giving him many suggestions (I love to browse real estate), which he handled with grace. He directed us away from areas that might not have easy transport, that were very hilly, or might have other issues. He allowed us to decide on the apartments we viewed, never giving a hard sell.
