Within 3 weeks while I was still in the US, not only had he found me a gorgeous apartment in the Lapa neighborhood of Porto, but the lease was signed and registered so I could apply for my D7 visa. In the process André sent me video if the apartment and assured me that the landlord was kind and ethical. He helped me get my utilities and internet set up and answered every question I had.
