"Be extremely careful with them. Together with the landlady, when renewing the contract, they forcibly pushed 3 deposits to me in the apartment that's older than me, with super old furniture. They sign only 1 year without the ability to renew, and then negotiate hard and push you every year to sign a worse and worse contract. Usually, at the last moment, when if you move out, you wouldn't find an apartment in time. When I was moving out, they used every scratch possible to justify outrageous damage claims (for example, fixing the sofa at the cost that it's cheaper to buy a new and better one, fixing the dishwasher with a few broken pins at the cost of a new one etc). So out of 3x deposits, they didn't return a single cent to me. Judging by the inventory that was extremely detailed and listed everything to the last fork, it is a common practice and was planned from the start."
