Instead of focusing on helping me find the right property, he tried to make the sale conditional on me letting him handle the sale of my current home. In other words, he offered me preferential treatment for a property only if I agreed to let him be the exclusive agent to sell mine. This kind of approach feels manipulative and unprofessional. A real estate consultant should act in the best interest of the client, not try to create unnecessary dependencies or pressure clients into additional business. I expected transparency, integrity, and genuine support — unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced here.
