When we first contacted Fabiola more than a year ago, we spoke for at least an hour or more. She was very enthusiastic and wanted to know all about us, what was going on with us selling our home in the Algarve, and what we would like for her to do. We found a place in a neighborhood we loved, unfortunately our buyer offer fell through. We went back to the Algarve and continued the selling process. We found out the place we loved was sold. It was many months later, Fabiola still kept in touch, we had a buyer and this was it. We took a quick trip up to the Porto area, and once again Fabiola was right there for us, she had several packed days of listings. The first day, we very much like a place we saw, Fabiola turned to my husband and said, wait until tomorrow. The next day, the second showing was in that same Gaia neighborhood we fell in love with over a year past. The place she showed us was incredibly exactly what we were looking for in our favorite place, 2 blocks from the condo we had loved earlier. How many people can say that they are 100% happy in the perfect place! Fabiola did not stop at finding the right home for us but brought in a team of people to help us get through purchase process long distance because we were going to deed in the Algarve with 3 weeks of our place in Gaia. Anything that came up, Fabiola was right there to solve any issues, she is an amazingly kind person that will put anyone at ease right away. We never worried or concerned, Fabiola made sure we could focus on our sale and moving and balance our new home purchase. Fabiola would always say, don’t worry, I’ll take care of it, what it was at the time. Imagine a realtor giving so much to clients who were months, to over a year from being able to purchase, and making you feel like you are her only client. This is compassion, dedication, and genuinely caring for every client she has. ReMax is very fortunate to have such a hardworking, positive, and dedicated agent for their clients. We know Fabiola kept an eye on the area we love and made a point to watch what was going on in the area. We made an offer two days after they got their habitation license.
