"The office serves as a property manager and i experienced the ALL TIME WORST service and lack of help and professionalism while I rented an apartment that they serviced (and was not told they would be managers to). It was so horrific with lack of attention to the many problems in the apartment and complete unprofessional behavior that I moved after one year. Astrid caused so much stress by her lack of attention to the needs in the apartment that I had to switch managers. She was so rude and acted like she could not be bothered at all, when I am the one paying for a home! Avoid this place if you can help it THey act like they are high end and competent but they are anything but. Horrific behavior and lack of accountablility at every singel turn. This place is a MESS in terms of property management and staff. I wish I could rate it a 0. Avoid at all costs."

"Porta de Frente is a supposedly high end real estate company. In all my 30 years of renting various properties, I never experienced such woefully inefficient, ineffectual, and unprofessional service as I have with this company. They let a property to us that had a broken washing machine, a broken boiler, a broken fridge, a broken pool, blocked drains that stink of sewage, a broken bath, a broken toilet, malfunctioning lights, faulty wardrobes, faulty doors, and an insect issue, amongst many other things. 4 months since moving in I am still trying to resolve the issues. The service is slow. The staff are rude. And I have to chase again, and again, and again. They deflect blame at every opportunity. Worst of all today I received the following message when following up on pending issues: "the previous tenant never reported issues like you do, perhaps you need to look for another place." Avoid this company if you want good professional service and please, please, please check every inch of the property you rent before you move in."

"Sofri diversos ATAQUES XENOFOBOS por ser brasileiro por esta agência. Fizeram perder meu tempo, mudaram diversas regras durante a negociação e no fim quando após DOIS MESES eu decidi finalizar o processo por já ter inclusive adoecido, ficaram com meu dinheiro alegando leis que não existem. PRINCIPALMENTE BRASILEIROS, Corram desta agência. Empresa que aproveita da inexperiência e da falta de conhecimento dos clientes para cobrar um aluguel simplesmente 5 vezes maior que o valor de mercado. Vivi dias insanos. Queriam ir até o hospital enquanto eu estava internado para que eu assinasse o então contrato que era pra ontem. E o meu dinheiro estou esperando até hoje. Precisei acionar juridicamente e até agora nada andou. Destruíram o sonho de várias pessoas e fizeram com que eu pessoalmente vivesse momentos de preconceito e humilhação que jamais imaginei viver em toda a minha vida. NÃO LEVEM A SÉRIO ESTA EMPRESA. CORRAM PRINCIPALMENTE DO DEPARTAMENTO DE LOCAÇÕES. Vou até o último estágio pra fazer eles entenderem que não se diferencia ninguém por país onde nasceu e pela sua cultura. XENOFOBIA É CRIME INCLUSIVE EM PORTUGAL. Fiquem atentos e não tenham medo em denunciar."
