"Completely unprofessional. The property market in Portugal is challenging, but agencies like this make it worse. After viewing a property, the agent pressured us to move quickly. We submitted an offer the next day and were told we’d get a response the following day—nothing. After follow-ups, he said to pay the asking price immediately, with no counteroffer or proper communication. Eventually, after several more follow-ups, we were told the property was already on offer and, despite our higher bid, the owner chose the lower one due to “tax reasons,” which makes no sense. This agency wasted our time, caused us to pass on other opportunities, and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. This was my firsthand experience—take from it what you will."
