JPVA - Real Estate Group — Real Estate Agent

"I have written many reviews over the years, but this is actually the first time I have ever written a review for a real estate agency. I have bought and sold many properties in different countries, and I can honestly say that the service provided by JPVA Real Estate Group was the best real estate experience I have ever had. João, Tomas and the entire team went far beyond what you would normally expect from a real estate agency. This was not just about selling an apartment. They genuinely cared that everything worked smoothly from beginning to end and supported me throughout the entire process with exceptional professionalism, reliability and kindness. What impressed me most was the level of support even after the transaction itself. The team helped coordinate important practical matters such as electricity, utilities and internet connections, which is incredibly valuable when buying property abroad. They were always responsive, proactive and solution-oriented. In Portugal, finding trustworthy and highly professional partners is extremely important, especially as a foreign buyer. JPVA exceeded my expectations in every possible way. I am truly grateful for the outstanding service and can recommend João, Tomas and the entire JPVA team without any hesitation. A well-deserved 5 stars."

"Super atenciosos e competentes!"

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marcus & Bill and the incredible experience they provided helping my friend find her dream home in Portugal. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure she found the perfect place. Buying a home abroad can feel overwhelming, but they guided her through every step with care and expertise, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their communication, honesty, and attention to detail truly set them apart. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, my friend is now about to move into her beautiful new home. Highly recommend this amazing team to anyone looking to buy property in Central Portugal!"
