"Perdi uma compra por causa desta Remax, muito mau serviço. Fiz reclamação para a Remax Portugal, mas é o mesmo que nada. Responderam que não podiam fazer nada, cada agencia é independente. Recebi uma explicação do Dept Qualidade à qual respondi a dizer que não era a correcta, e até hoje nada mais foi dito. A única pessoa que deu a cara, foi um dos vendedores que foi apanhado no meio do processo e do qual não tenho nada a dizer, pois tentou de tudo para resolver a situação. Ninguém responsável deu a cara por um erro grave que teve custos de deslocação."
