"Together with KW probably the worst real estate agency in Porto / Portugal. Agreed on a time to visit an apartment, and waited outside for 35 minutes. Eventually, and after 1 and half episodes, I got tired and left. Even though she called apologising, what a lack of professionalism and work ethics… Stay away from this agency if you want your real estate deals to be handled professionally."

"The worst real estate agency you can find, especially if you are a foreigner. They take advantage of the fact that you do not know how the real estate world works and they move within the illegality. I bought a house with them and have only had problems with the property."

Even though we consider this comment offensive attack to our impeccable conduct for over 20 years in the market, we are willing to offer you professional help, as clearly you have had some bad experience. We are sorry to hear you had this bad experience although none of our agents or staff has ever worked, talked or was contacted by you.
