"Unprofessional service. I made a bid on a property that was accepted and Hugo forced me to pay 20% of the purchase within 5 days of the offer. He was constantly calling and calling, emailing etc etc. I then made all the transfers to have the money ready and then they did not honour the contract that remax had which is that the money would be returned if I, did not get a mortgage from the bank. I offered to pay the seller 1000 euros fee should I not get a mortgage but no, they went ahead with another buyer despite having agreed the terms. I lost around 1000 euros in various fees to have the money ready in such a short time and what is worst is that they then stopped responding to me regarding reimbursement of the fees. No more calls, no more emails. I will continue to contact police and the authorities until they pay me the money back."
