Boa tarde , desde já lamento o sucedido mas o mercado de arrendamento é muito agressivo e o cliente que arrendou 30 minutos antes, cumpria com todos os requisitos exigidos pelo proprietário . Infelizmente uma comunicação 17 minutos antes da visita por mensagem não é agradável e não faz parte do nosso protocolo e normas de educação , mas pelo que sei a comunicação sempre foi por mensagem provavelmente por causa da barreira linguística .
