Num processo de compra e venda contámos com todo o apoio e em que todos os cenários em termos de timing da compra e venda foram abordados o que nos preparou para o cenário real. O local de compra ficou fora de Lisboa mas isso não foi impedimento para um excelente serviço de procura de imóveis. Contámos igualmente com todo o apoio nas questões legais. "Shocking unethical behaviour from this company!!! After being the 1st client to view an apartment they posted on idealista, , and having, not only agreed to all the terms and conditions on the spot, but also after signing the agents documents whilst still in the flat, and sending the requested financial documentation requested, they still continued to allow clients to view the flat allowing negotiations resulting me in loosing this opportunity. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs. They do not keep their word and are unreliable."
Dear Mr. Guy Hupert, We appreciate your feedback, even though your experience with us was not a pleasant one, unfortunately. As our agent explained to you, there was another visit already scheduled for the same day (we cannot stop scheduling visits just because there is one visit scheduled, that would not be acceptable for any owner) and the fact you made an offer on the spot does not guarantee that it will be accepted by the owners. The documents you signed were standard procedure ones for all visits, except for the offer sheet (which obviously is only signed if the client wishes to submit an offer, as was the case). Still during the same day, you were told that the clients from that other visit had also submitted an offer for the flat. Since there were two ongoing offers that met the owners' asking price and that we kept receiving more contacts from potential clients, we not only did not have any other visits, but we also stopped advertising the flat, as you yourself were aware. As it is always the case in these situations, the owners’ decision prevails and they chose the other clients. Not once you were told – or made to believe – you were going to get the apartment. We understand your frustration at not being able to secure this apartment. However, that does not entitle you to treat our agent as disrespectfully as you did on the telephone when she informed you of the owners’ decision, nor does it justify the unfounded accusations you have written here. We stand by our team and our procedures and can assure you everything was conducted in a highly professional and ethical manner. Kind regards, PMR Imobiliária
