"What a useless incompetent agency. I've contacted this agency and dealt with a Tiago who seems to have the attitude that the buyer needs to do his job for him. I guess houses sell themselves. It's left me wondering if I'd spoken in English whether I'd actually receive decent service because apparently now property in Lisbon is only for foreign buyers. Whilst I have experienced atrocious service from KW in the past this particular agency wins first prize. Obviously they don't need my capital."

"Very unprofessional Real Estate agents. I visited them 3 times in their office and experienced no one know anything. Spoke to the owner and she committed me to send me few listing's but unfortunately for 6 days no response. One of the documentation team told me to send all documents on WhatsApp. After 5 days they again tell me to send on email. They guided me to apply for a NIF NUMBER for opening a bank account and did so using their legal service, post getting the NIF, I was told to go to bank and open the account. After visiting several banks, I was been told ; account can't be open based on NIF but it needs a resident permit. After contacting the owner she replied I can't help. In short no edit don’t tell in any of their services. There’s a completely gap on their own employees. They have no knowledge no empathy to learn and the customers it’s a complete idiot box it’s rightly said it’s the top down approach and if the owner herself doesn’t know the process, how can we expect the staff to know the owner does not keep her own promises and commitments how can the staff keep the promises. Please do not keep any high expectation. it’s a one stop shop for dissatisfaction and unprofessionalism."
