"Quería compartir la experiencia, llegamos a las 8:30 de la tarde, y por un fallo del sistema de suddenly, no habían registrado bien la reserva, pero si estaban bloqueadas las fechas, Catarina, la persona que nos atendió fue un encanto, pero sin capacidad de ayudarnos hablé con la manager, Priscila, que lejos de ayudarnos se quiso lavar las manos desde el minuto 1, dejándonos en pleno agosto un domingo a las 9:30 de la noche teniendo que buscar alojamiento. Cuando finalmente entramos, el apartamento en si está muy bien, es agradable, estaba muy limpio y bien localizado. El colchón y las almohadas malísimos, eso sí."
