"This is a very modern and exceptionally clean apartment with air conditioning and WiFi. Contains two double rooms a living and dining area, one en suite bathroom and a kitchette. The apartment is done with respect to the original building facade on show in places. It is located on the top floor and as the elevator only goes to the third floor this may prove difficult for some. Very central location."

"Je confirme l avis de Michelle Bens, nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits . Nous avons attendu sur place de 14h à plus de 20h, sans aucune nouvelle de leur part. Il est vrai qu il y avait une grosse panne de réseau internet mais une visite sur place aurait tout régler. Les hôtes des autres appartements sont venus eux… nous avons fini par prendre une autre location . Ils ont envoyé les codes à 23h! Donc le manque de présence locale est flagrant et non acceptable en cas de problème . Je déconseille cet organisme !"

"The communication on how to access the apartment was excellent. We were informed about the different access codes to the building and apartment and how they worked. We were on the top floor, which could be accessed via a lift. In the corridor to the apartment was a coffee machine available for your use. The bathroom contained a shower, toilettes, towels and plenty toilet paper. There was an induction hob and fridge. There were all the necessary kitchen utensils you would need. There was WiFi in the apartment and plenty of sockets. There were sockets near the bed. The apartment was sound proof. The apartment is in a great location near to the main attractions. There are trams around the corner."

"Great location, quiet and comftarble"

"I want to warn everybody for this B&B. We booked a room for 3 nights over AirBnb. First of all we got a different room then we booked, this room was small, dark and had a strong humid smell. There was mold in the bathroom and hairs on the floor, the floor of the living room was sticky like it was not cleaned at all. The host was not available at the property so we called the emergency number, to inform them we didn’t want to stay at this place and that they had to offer us an alternative. They didn’t contact us back until the next day. Fortunately we could stay at a friends place for the first night, only to return early the next morning to do the check-out and we were able to cancel the next 2 nights. They offered us a discount for the first night because of a booking mistake, which they never did. They even charged us still €200 for this first night (from the total of €520 for 3 nights). Now they are unresponsive. Don’t book here!"
