"This team is one of the best I have had the pleasure of working with. I used them to find a rental which was tricky as I was overseas while I was looking. They even offered video tours. They took the time to understand my situation and explained everything. I have a deep bench of experts that know how to make things happen quickly. They are also honest about your expectations. They were super responsive, even on the weekends. They followup continuously. They were always one step ahead of me. They had the answer before I asked the question. They are well worth the money. End result was a beautiful apartment in Lisbon even a little less than I was willing to pay!"

"I worked with Joao for my move from the US to Lisbon. When you work with Joao, you get his whole team. I interacted with each one, from apartment viewings, review of the contract, and help with turning on utilities and obtaining a Portuguese phone number. I have zero knowledge of Portuguese, and could not have been able to communicate to listing agents on my own. As they deal with ex-pats, they were knowledgeable on the D7 process, and the paperwork I would need as part of my visa application. Listen the Portuguese real estate market is tough and unlike in the state where we have MLS and agents share listings, the market is a little more cutthroat. It's important to work with a team that has a lot of connections and a solid network to find you the perfect place to buy or rent.
