"They are the worts. Recently I have bought a house from them. When I have visited the house I saw the floor tiles was broken. I asked the agent who’s gonna fix this he said the seller. I again went for the second visit and again asked when it’s gonna fixed agent said seller came and sow the thing he will fix the issue. Agent was desperate to make an offer so we made an offer. Our offer was accepted I asked agent is it fixed he said soon gonna fix. Before sign the final deed I asked did you spoke with the seller to fix it as we gonna move the day we sign he don’t worry. On the signing day we meet with the seller you haven’t fix it he say what the broken tiles he says era gonna fix it and era say it’s not us. Don’t trust era Olivais."
"Decidimos colocar a nossa casa à venda na esperança de encontrar uma casa maior. Contratámos a equipa da Expo / Portela e durante uma das três visitas que fizeram à nossa casa desapareceu uma carteira preta estilo malote com correntes douradas que continha quase 1200€ em material fotográfico. Mesmo com o Auto de denúncia NPP 154312/2024, NUIPC 000300/24.4 PHLRS a agência recusa-se a fazer uma participação no seguro."
