"One of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The company runs on lies and intimidation. They make big promises while showing you the apartment, but the reality is completely different. The staff were rude and constantly harassed us, making our stay unbearable. As soon as we chose to leave, they invented extra fees out of nowhere and shamelessly took away our security deposit. This is nothing but cheating and exploitation. Their whole business feels like a trap designed to squeeze money out of tenants. Do yourself a favor—stay far away from them. There are plenty of honest companies out there, but this one is nothing short of a scam."
"they are super bad, unprofessional, rude, and non-cooperative. they harrassed me and my husband to a point that we had to leave portugal and return back to delhi. I have been stressed for all of my 3 months stay there. They looted me for unnecessary things. Cherry on the cake, they also tore and destroyed my belongings that was to be picked up by my courier partner I will never recommend this to anyone. If you are going to lisbon, don't ever try to book with them. Honest."
