"Infelizmente tive uma triste experiencia com esta imobiliária. Tentei vender meu apartamento em Lisboa, para poder comprar uma Quintinha perto do Cadaval. Dei um sinal alto para reservar, e só depois, ao visitar mais vezes a Quintinha, descobri coisas negativas q nao tinha visto antes. O tempo voa e em 3 meses nao consegui vender meu apto. Quis desistir da compra e disseram q ja era tarde demais para desistir... perdi o meu sinal e senti me bem enganada. Sem experiencia alguma, nem procurei um advogado para me ajudar. Enfim...aprendi a licao: nao confiar demasiado nos vendedores e questionar tudo sempre! Nao me precipitar e nem deixar que me pressionem. Foi o q aconteceu. Nao me devolveram o dinheiro."

Aqui em Portugal o contrato de CPCV proteja o vendedor e comprador e se um não Consegue assinar a escritura o cliente comprador perde o dinheiro e se for o cliente vendedor Tem que devolver o dinheiro em dobro. Estas claúsalas estão no CPCV que você assinou com os seus Advogados. Mais uma vez nós vamos falar com o vendedor mas penso que vai ser a mesma resposta mas é a escolha dele. O resto de um bom dia.
