"I visited an apartment in Lapa which was listed by this agency. The agent was pleasant. Nevertheless I would like to point out that the property that was listed was overestimated on the listing by a minimum of 10% on the net space presented. Since there was a floor plan I checked and the net m2 of apartment was 10% lower and the terrace by 20%. This makes the price of the property extremely high for what it is despite the nice view on the Tage. Needless to say that this is not a sound business practice to present erroneous number and to mingle them in a marketing way to mislead potential buyers. I sent message to the agent but never got any feedback. For me it is a very negative point for the agency. Nothing is simpler that defining space - Gross and net!"
