"Extremely Disappointing Communication This review is based on the abysmal communication experienced with Adriana and Alexandre. Unfortunately, their professionalism was virtually nonexistent. We found it incredibly difficult to get in touch with them, whether by phone or text. They don’t seem to have a work email either, which is highly unprofessional. They promised to call back, but we were left waiting for days, which is not just frustrating but embarrassing. When we finally able to reach them, the responses were dismissive and rushed. Managed to schedule a viewing for 3pm but no contact was made on the day. My wife had to chase Adriana to give us an update, received a call to do the viewing at 3:49 p.m, on top of that, it seemed that Alexandre was conducting another viewing while speaking to us, which added to the lack of attention and professionalism. After all the inconvenience we ended up making a offer for the property, Adriana said she would follow up but as per our last conversation, we have yet to receive an update! Embarrassing o treat a potential client this way. This entire experience demonstrated a lack of respect for clients and extremely low standards of service. For full transparency, I have all the text messages and phone logs to back up my experience."
